Welcome back
to my “sweet potato series”!! For this posting, I want to give you my recipe on
how to make a homemade pasta! Why should we buy the pasta which, yeah we all
know that the pastas that are sold contain of sodium and unhealthy ingredients,
unless, you buy the organic and low salt one. However, if you can make it by
yourself at your home, why don’t you make it by yourself? It’s superr easy and
you no need to take a lot of time. If you just have short time, you can make
the pasta dough a night before you will eat it. As simple as that!
The
homemade pasta that I want to share to you is the modification one, because I
add sweet potato in it. The taste? It’s more delicious than the regular pasta
which only uses white flour. Another greatness, it only takes 300 cal per
serving!
A. Sweet Potato Pasta
Ingredients (Bahan):
1. 50 gram of sweet potato, steamed, crushed (50 gr ubi
jalar, dikukus dan dihancurkan)
2. 100 gram of wheat flour/all purposed flour (100 gr tepung
gandum/tepung terigu)
3. ½ teaspoon of salt (1/2 sdt garam)
4. 1 cup of warm water (1 gelas air hangat)
5. 1 tbsp of olive oil (1 sdm minyak zaitun)
How to cook?
1. Mix all the ingredients into a blender (except the warm
water) / Campurkan semua bahan ke blender, kecuali air hangat
2. Blend the ingredients, while blending, add little by
little the warm water. / Blender semua bahan. Ketika diblender, tambahkan air
hangat sedikit demi sedikit
3. The dough is ready / Adonan siap
4. Cover the dough with plastic wrap. Let it rest for 15
minutes. / Tutupi adonan dengan plastik dan biarkan selama 15 menit
5. Put into refrigerator for minimum 20 minutes or a night.
/ Simpan di kulkas selama minimal 20 menit atau semalaman.
6. Roll the dough until thin / Tipiskan adonan
7. Then fold the dough (don’t forget to add flour, so that
the dough will not get sticky and slice it. / Kemudian lipat adonan (Jangan
lupa taburkan tepung agar tidak lengket) dan potong-potong adonan
8. Cook it for 3 minutes only / Masak selama 3 menit saja
9. The pasta is ready to serve! (For one serving)
Total calorie: 300 cal per serving
B. Broccoli and Prawn Stir Fry
Ingredients:
1. 5-6 prawns medium (5-6 udang ukuran sedang)
2. ¼ red paprika (1/4 paprika)
3. 1 clove of garlic (1 siung bawang putih)
4. 50 gram of broccoli (50 gr brokoli)
5. 1 tbsp of olive oil (1 sdm minyak zaitun)
6. 1 tbsp of sweet soy sauce (1 sdm kecap manis)
7. 1 tbsp of sesame oil (1 sdm minyak wijen)
8. A pinch of salt and pepper (garam dan lada)
How to cook:
1. Heat the pan and add the olive oil. /Panaskan wajan dan
tambahkan minyak zaitun
2. Add minced garlic, prawns, paprika, and broccoli. Cook
until they are cooked. /Masukkan bawang putih, udang, paprika, dan brokoli.
Masak hingga matang.
3. Add sweet soy sauce, sesame oil, a pinch of salt and
pepper. / Tambahkan kecap, minyak wijen, dan sedikit garam dan lada.
4. Add the sweet potato pasta into it. Then, it’s ready to
serve! / Tambahkan pasta ubi jalar ke dalamnya. Siap disajikan!
Total Calorie: 322 cal
Total Calorie: 300 + 322 = 622 cal for 1 serving
*To achieve the same amount of calorie, follow this
recipe without adding more seasonings or ingredients. / Untuk mendapatkan
jumlah kalori yang sama, ikuti resep ini tanpa menambahkan bumbu atau bahan
lainnya.
