Healthy Organic Recipe: French Toast and Green Juice ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤ ❤


Hii beauties!

Are you still stay health and beautiful?


Well, today I wanna share to you my favorite dish and juice which I've consumed for so long. The first is Organic French Toast (superr yummy and favorite!) and my version of Green Juice. Maybe a lot of you think that these recipes are not exactly same with common recipe because I change some of the ingredients here, but don't be afraid! The taste is absolutely delicious. 

Alright, let's get started! Hope you can try these at home. Happy cooking ^^





1. Organic French Toast

  The ingredients that you will need are:



1. 1 egg white
2. banana ( the amount is as you prefer)
3. apple (I used 1/4 of it)
4. Orange (I grated the orange skin)
5. 2 organic whole white bread (any bread that you like)
6. 3 teaspoons of cinnamon
7. A pinch of salt
8. Honey

9. Unsalted butter

How?

1. Mix cinnamon, egg white, and salt




2. Grate the orange skin to give the orange sensation. I change the vanilla extract into it. Try it! The taste is so refreshing.


3. Put the bread and coat it into the mixture


4. Meanwhile, heat the unsalted butter into the hot pan


5. Then toast the bread. Make sure that your bread is well cooked because you can't eat the raw egg, right? :P Flip it until the color turns to golden brown.




6. And Finish! You can serve it with the banana and apple slices then pour the little honey as the topping. Enjoy~ ~ NO SUGAR ADDED right? the natural sweeteners are gotten from banana, apple, cinnamon, and honey :) Very healthy and tasty!


2. Organic Green Juice

The ingredients that you will need are:


Ohhh how can you resist these beautiful colors? ❤ ❤ ❤ ☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆

1. Organic Pakchoy (1 steam)
2. Organic Apple (1)
3. Organic Banana (3)
4. Organic Celery (as prefer) 
5. Organic tomatoes (2)
6. 1/4 organic lemon

7. 1 glass of water

And this baby I almost forgot to put it in hahahaa

8. 1/4 of sweet pineapple (and the steam too! Don't waste anything ^_< )


How?

Rule number one, always pour the water first! IT's obvious, right? ^_<



Then rule number two, put all vegies and fruits inside the blender!













Whoaa all my babies are already entered the blender! >,<



Now, one more touch to give this fresh juice extra freshness! Little drops of fresh lemon juice! Love it!


Then, you know what you should do... Just make them dance! ~(˘▾˘~) ┌(・。・)┘♪


Yeay and finally it is done! \( >.< )/

Alright guys, those all two recipes that I usually eat for brunch hahaha... No need white rice again, because all the protein, vitamins and minerals are already put into those two recipes. As simple as that!
